With more than 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings, I offer structured clinical consultation, supervision guidance for the supervisor and supervision for provisional psychologists aligned with College of Alberta Psychologists standards.

Individual & Small Group Consultation

Whether you are navigating complex cases, group development, supervision dilemmas, refining case conceptualization, strengthening documentation, or working through risk and boundary considerations, consultation offers a grounded space to think carefully and practice intentionally.

Investment: $215 per 50 minutes

*Please note that completion of waiver and payment via e transfer only and required 24 hours prior to service.

 

Workshops

Supervision Foundations

4 hour workshop exploring and focusing on clarifying CAP supervision standards, developing effective supervision agreements, becoming a stronger supervisor, managing performance concerns, ethical decision making, remediation and building confident, accountable supervision practices.

*Includes a 25 page professionally printed handbook with supervision templates, evaluations, worksheets and more.

Imposter Syndrome and the Supervisor

6 hour workshop exploring the emotional experiences of supervision and the supervisor, including self doubt, imposter feelings, burnout, perfectionism, and over-functioning.

Participants will strengthen confidence in self and in providing feedback, maintaining boundaries, addressing performance concerns, and developing a more grounded supervisory presence and leadership style.

*Includes a 35 page professionally printed handbook with practical, self reflective, and self evaluative worksheets and more.
