With more than 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience across hospital, community, and private practice settings, I offer structured clinical consultation, supervision guidance for the supervisor and supervision for provisional psychologists aligned with College of Alberta Psychologists standards.
Individual & Small Group Consultation
Professional consultation provides a collaborative space for clinicians seeking support with complex clinical work, professional decision-making, and practice development.
Consultation is available for clinicians seeking guidance with:

Private Practice Consultation
Private practice consultation is designed for clinicians who are establishing, growing, or refining a private practice.
Topics may include:
- Solo and group practice development
- Practice structure and operations
- Policies and procedures
- Documentation systems
- Workflow development
- Administrative processes
- Sustainable growth strategies
Prior to your consultation, you are welcome to email your questions and areas of focus at least 3 days before your appointment so the consultation can be tailored to your needs.

Following your consultation, you have the exclusive opportunity to purchase the Private Practice Handbook.
This comprehensive 90-page handbook written by Zahra Domingo contains detailed guidance, research, templates, sample documents, checklists, resources, and practical tools relevant to Alberta clinicians, to support the development and operation of your practice.

Booking Information
A signed consultation agreement and full payment via e-transfer are required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Your appointment is confirmed once both requirements have been completed.

Fall Training Workshops
Supervision Foundations
4 hour workshop exploring and focusing on clarifying CAP supervision standards, developing effective supervision agreements, becoming a stronger supervisor, managing performance concerns, ethical decision making, remediation and building confident, accountable supervision practices.

Imposter Syndrome and the Supervisor
6 hour workshop exploring the emotional experiences of supervision and the supervisor, identity formation and stages of the supervisor, including self doubt, imposter feelings, burnout, perfectionism, and over-functioning.
Participants will strengthen confidence in self and in providing feedback, maintaining boundaries, addressing performance concerns, and developing a more grounded supervisory presence and leadership style.

Values & Vision Workshop for Women and
The Women Aligned
August 15th, 2026 | 10:00AM - 2:00 PM
Join us for KALM's psychologist-led wellness workshop designed by Zahra Domingo, Registered Psychologist. Through guided reflection prompts, personal value exploration, experiential exercises, and evidence-informed psychological principles drawn from DBT, ACT and CBT, participants will leave with practical tools and a personalized roadmap for intentional living.
Each participant will create a personalized Values & Vision Board and leave with practical commitments for building a life aligned with what matters most.
